Yes. Sessions are held online via secure video platform, offering flexibility, privacy, and accessibility, especially for those with busy schedules or limited local options.

4. Who qualifies for low-cost counselling?

We aim to make therapy affordable. Please contact us if you're unsure whether you qualify—we’re happy to discuss your situation.

Our low-cost option is available to:

Full-time or part-time students (with valid ID)

Individuals receiving government assistance or on a low income

5. How long is each session?

Each session typically lasts 50 minutes. Longer sessions for couples can be arranged upon request.

6. Is Counselling confidential?

Yes. Your privacy is our priority. All sessions are confidential by professional ethical standards and legal requirements.

7. How many sessions will I require?

The number of sessions depends on your goals and progress. Some clients benefit from short-term support, while others prefer longer-term work.

8. What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full rate.

9. I’ve never had counselling before. What can I expect?

You're not alone—many clients are new to counselling. In our first session, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and begin building a trusting, non-judgmental space.
