Vasilija Plavc
Counsellor & Couples Therapist
Welcome!
Why Counselling?
I became a therapist because I know how much it matters to have someone who listens and understands, not just to the words you say, but to what you’re trying to say. Someone who sees the pain you carry but also sees your strength.
I’ve experienced the transformative power of therapy in my own life. I understand how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for help, and I honour the courage it takes to begin.
My Therapeutic Approach
I use an integrative approach to combine different modalities and tailor them to your needs and the presenting challenges. My approach consists of trauma-informed care, psycho-education and client-centred therapy.
I bring a calm, grounded presence into every session, whether we’re working one-to-one or in couples therapy. Together, we`ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface — at your pace, in your words, without pressure or judgment.
I am someone who’s genuinely curious about your story — and how to help you rewrite it in a way that feels more empowering, insightful, and resilient.
