Healing & Growth Through Counselling & Psychotherapy
Why I Do This Work
I became a psychotherapist because I know how heavy life can feel when you’re carrying too much on your own. Anxiety, low self-worth, heartbreak, family struggles, grief—these aren’t just “challenges,” they’re real experiences that can take over your days and nights.
Therapy creates a space where people don’t have to face it alone.
How I work
Counselling with me is about slowing down, untangling what’s going on inside, and finding ways forward that actually feel doable in your life. Some days that means talking through emotions you’ve been holding back. Other days, it’s about practical steps—how to manage anxious thoughts, build confidence, or cope with a painful relationship shift
