Healing & Growth Through Counselling & Psychotherapy

Why I Do This Work

I became a psychotherapist because I know how heavy life can feel when you’re carrying too much on your own. Anxiety, low self-worth, heartbreak, family struggles, grief—these aren’t just “challenges,” they’re real experiences that can take over your days and nights.

Therapy creates a space where people don’t have to face it alone.

How I work

I work in a way that is gentle, respectful, and trauma-informed, which means we move at a pace that feels safe for you.

All sessions are held online. You can show up from a space where you feel comfortable and supported.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. It gives you time to listen to what’s really going on inside and begin to move forward with more clarity.

People reach out during big life changes like the end of a relationship, a loss, or a change in direction. Other times, it’s simply a feeling that something isn’t quite right, even if you can’t explain why.

Often, what comes up is shame, fear or a sense of not being good enough. Therapy is a space where we can gently explore these feelings and begin to understand them with compassion rather than judgment.
